Butler's Earthseed. "Camote | Sweet Potato" is a reflection about the practice of growing food, particularly the sweet potato, and nature's powerful resilience to adapt and change. When exposed to warm, humid weather or is buried the sweet potato develops roots in efforts to continue to exist and grow.
